What is a newborn lifestyle photography session with Ivybella Photography like exactly?

Well, it’s relaxed, it’s fun, and it’s easy going! I help with styling, I have zero expectations, I don’t expect your toddler or baby to sit still and smile and “behave”…I let them take the lead!!! If something isn’t working during the session, we shift gears and try again. I try to get your toddler to be relaxed and make themselves at home and I don’t put any pressure on anyone, because, well, life is already too stressful!!!

I also don’t expect everyone to smile and look at the camera with cheese faces. I prefer not to do that, if we can help it. haha. I do try to get one or two nice everyone looking at the camera, possibly smiling, photo, but my goal for your session is to capture the love, the snuggles, the smiles, the REALNESS of your family. I love real, authentic sessions and if you do too, I’m the girl for you!!

My in home studio is located near Rochester, Minnesota in Stewartville, but I also travel to you and we can take photos in your own home as well, wherever you feel most comfortable. Some clients prefer to come to the studio but others feel more comfortable at home-both are equally as special.
